N Type Bending Machines
Against the downward trend of the market, that seems to want to impose on customers low quality job site rebar benders, with a very short life cycle, Tecmor proposes the N series of high capacity construction site bending machines. The N Type Bending Machines are built for prolonged and intensive use on the building site, where they can stay for months, working all day, exposed to any type of climate. Tecmor wanted to create a construction machine that would guarantee resistance to stress and climatic conditions, which could work for years on various construction sites without diminishing performance over time. The N Type Bending Machines are inspired by the S for strength, but have a larger bending disk, rotating in both directions, clockwise and counterclockwise, to meet every bending need. The worktop also includes 2 semi-saddles to facilitate precision processing if necessary. The worktop is hinged and can be opened easily in order to make the cleaning and the inspection of the bender easier. All Tecmor N Type Bending Machines have a 3 year warranty.
The N range of bending machine is composed of five models:
- 32-N Single-phase: for the bending of rebars up to a maximum of 24 mm. in diameter
- 32-N Three-phase: for the bending of rebars up to a maximum of 28 mm. in diameter
- 36-N Three-phase: for the bending of rebars up to a maximum of 32 mm. in diameter
- 44-N Three-phase: for the bending of rebars up to a maximum of 36 mm. in diameter
- 48-N Three-phase: for the bending of rebars up to a maximum of 40 mm. in diameter
