4S SERIES
The 4S series bending machines are the top of the Tecmor range, characterized by the presence of 4 slides on the work surface and by their imposing dimensions, they are the symbol of robustness and durability over time.These machines are built to work all day in any weather condition, without ever having to interrupt production, ideal for rebar factories and precast manufacturers who need to bend large diameters. Operators can operate from both sides.
Equipped with the 10/50 panel, to memorize up to 50 different designs without having to use the pins, they have side rollers and a speed variator as standard, which allows you to speed up the processing of small diameter bars, as well as the double pedal to quickly reverse the rotation of the disk.

S SERIES
The S Series are the alternative to the 4S in the cause the bar does not need to be bent at multiple points at the same time.
Characterized by the presence of 2 slides on the work surface and smaller dimensions, they are robust and guarantee stable performance over time. They can work full days in any weather conditions, without ever having to interrupt production, ideal for rebar factories and precast manufacturers who need to bend large diameters.

N SERIES
The N Series bending machines are built for prolonged and intensive use on the construction site or in small shaping businesses, where the 9X9 panel increases productivity by avoiding having to continually move the angle pins. The N Series are inspired by the S in terms of robustness but have a wider bending disk that on large radii does not require the assembly of the bending arm.
The work surface also includes 2 half-slides to facilitate precision work when necessary. The work surface can be easily opened to facilitate cleaning of processing residues.

Memory Panel 10/50
The 10/50 control panel, with its simple and intuitive programming, allows you to set the bending angles, clockwise and anticlockwise, without having to insert the pins into the disk. Up to 50 bending programs can be stored inside it, each of which can perform up to 10 bends. Its use allows you to reduce production times and have an archive of pre-set bending programs always ready for use.
This accessory must be ordered together with the machine and cannot be installed later.
Memory Panel 9x9
The 9×9 control panel, with its simple and intuitive programming, allows you to perform up to 9 bends without having to move the pins inserted into the disk. Its use allows to reduce production times, especially when the operator needs to repeatedly perform multiple bends.
This accessory must be ordered together with the machine and cannot be installed later.
Double pedals
The double pedal allows to control the rotation of the disk, clockwise and anticlockwise, without the operator having to stop to manually reverse the direction of rotation, thus reducing production times.

Speed variation
The speed variator is an accessory that allows to increase the rotation speed of the disk in order to reduce the production times of the bars.

Stirrup Equipment
The stirrup tool allows to produce brackets using a normal bending machine. It is sufficient to fix it to the work surface of the bending machine to transform it intoastirrupbender.I
t is recommended to combine the rod and the stops with the bracket tool, which are essential for establishing the desired bending lengths and being able to replicate them to obtain identical brackets quickly and easilyThis accessory can be sold separately from the purchase of the iron bender.
Spiral Equipment
The spiral tool allows you to produce spirals using a normal bender. It is sufficient to fix it to the work surface of the bender to transform it into a spiral machine.

Rollers Bench
The roller bench allows you to position the bars to be bent close to the work surface of the machine, eliminating the handling times of the same and therefore increasing productivity.
Each bench is 1.5 meters long and is equipped with 2 legs, so they must be combined in at least pairs. Each bench is equipped with two rows of rollers available both with and without bearings.This accessory can be sold separately from the purchase of the iron bender.
Security Kit
The safety kit consists of:
- Magnetic limit switches that can be installed in the desired position on the work surface of each Tecmor and Seim bending machine and if touched they cause the immediate stop of the machine.
- Safety caps to cover the unused holes on the bending disk and on the slides.
This accessory can be sold separately from the purchase of the iron bender.
