SHEARLINE 300 HC
This cutting solution is designed for shapers and prefabricators who want to increase production capacity, but do not yet consider it convenient to purchase an automatic machine that requires a large budget.
The D300-HC hydraulic shear is placed at the center of two roller benches for loading and unloading the rods. The outgoing roller bench is composed of a customizable modular structure, with motorized rollers that allow the automatic advancement of the bars.
On the side of the serving roller bench there is a rack to support the bundle of rods to be cut. The cutting movement of the shear and the rotation of the motorized rollers are controlled directly from a single operator panel.
The outgoing roller bench is made up of a modular structure with rollers, which can also be customized and is equipped with a mechanical stop to determine the cutting length. On the side of the outgoing roller bench there are slides with stops, to store the cut bars.
The standard version of the 300-HC shearline is made up of 12 meters of incoming roller benches and 6 meters of outgoing roller benches. At the center of the cutting line there is a hydraulic alligator shear, equipped with an automatic hydraulic stop, which holds the bars in position. The hydraulic shear allows for precise and safe cutting of a large quantity of rebar in a single stroke, thanks to the special 300 mm blades, which can be used on all four sides.

BARS STORAGE
Composed of modular structures of 2 meters each, the bar storage system allows the operator quick access to the bars to be processed which can be moved quickly on the central rollers thanks to the special slides that allow practical and safe movement of the rebar up to the work surface.
